About Us
Chin Up! You Got This! emerged in 2016 from a singular workshop in Chicago, Illinois. Recognizing a wider need, we have strategically expanded our reach from developing a bestselling book to now becoming a nonprofit organization dedicated to bridging the gap between potential and achievement for women and girls.
Our mission is accomplished through educational workshops, mentoring programs, life coaching, and our signature book, Chin Up! You Got This! Walk This Way into Self Worth, Your Dreams, and Purpose.
Since its inception, Chin Up! You Got This! has empowered over 3,000 women and youth. Through a comprehensive approach that combines educational workshops, mentoring programs, and motivational speaking engagements, we equip participants with the tools and confidence they need to succeed.
Our Mission: Inclusivity and Transformation At Chin Up! You Got This!, we believe every woman and girl deserves the opportunity to thrive, irrespective of their background. We focus on empowering those who may face unique challenges, including:
Teen girls in the foster care system
Young women navigating the juvenile justice system
High school and college girls
Women overcoming substance abuse
